Eric Deram has more than 25 years of experience in finance and Private Equity investments (Mezzanine, Funds, Buyouts and Venture Capital) in the United States, Europe and the Middle East. Over his career, he invested in more than 50 Private Equity funds and provided debt and equity to more than 25 private companies and to several Infrastructure projects.

He currently sits on the board of 16 Private Equity funds, and is a member of the supervisory board of Sodifrance - a publicly traded IT services company based in Rennes (France) -, as well as the treasurer of the Board of Governors of the Geneva English School.

Prior to founding Euro Private Equity, he was the director of DB Capital Venture Partners, the European Venture Capital arm of Deutsche Bank in London. Previously, he was an investment executive at CSFB Private Equity in London, where he worked primarily on pan-European Buyouts investment opportunities. Earlier, he worked in structured finance at BNP Paribas in Sao Paulo, Paris and New York, specialising in leveraged Buyouts, Mezzanine debt and investments in Private Equity funds. 

Eric Deram holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a BA in finance from ESC Rouen (France).

David Arcauz has more than 21 years of experience working in finance, including 16 years in private equity fund investing. He actively managed investments in primary, secondary and co-investments on behalf of global institutional PE managers.

Prior to joining Euro-PE in September 2016, David worked six years as a Partner for Adams Street Partners in London, where he made investments in growth and buyout funds in Europe and served on several advisory boards. He was also involved in serving existing and new clients, especially in German speaking countries.

Before that, David spent five years at UBS Global Wealth Management within the private equity team in Zurich, London and New York.  David previously worked five years at Swiss Life Private Equity Partners in Zürich and was a founding member of its spin-off Alpha Associates. David began his career as a credit analyst at Banque Cantonale Vaudoise in Lausanne and then worked as a corporate finance consultant for KPMG in Zürich.

 

David holds a Master of Law from Université de Lausanne and is a CFA Charterholder.

Benoit de Kerleau has over 22 years of experience in Private Equity, including ten in fund investments and eight in direct investments. Throughout his career, he has invested in more than 30 Private Equity funds and directly into more than 15 private companies, and now sits at the board of no less than 22 funds. He joined the board of directors of Euro Private Equity in 2013.

Before joining Euro-PE he was the managing partner of Dahlia Partners, the European fund of funds and advisory arm of Natixis Private Equity in Paris. Previously, he was an Investment Director at BNP Paribas Private Equity. Prior to BNP Paribas, he worked for 8 years with PAI Partners, the leading LBO firm in Continental Europe, where he has been involved in funds structuring and fund raising, portfolio monitoring and leverage Buyout transactions. He started his carreer with Arthur Andersen in Paris.

Benoit de Kerleau graduated from HEC with a master in Finance.

Marc-Antoine Voisard has more than 18 years of experience in Private Equity investments, including 13 in Private Equity funds investments. Over his career he invested in more than 70 Private Equity funds in the US, Europe and Asia, and now sits at the board of 14 funds.

Before joining Euro Private Equity, he was Head of European and Asian Private Equity fund investments of the Geneva-based alternative asset manager Unigestion. Prior to that, Marc-Antoine Voisard was an Investment Director at Paris-based Private Equity fund of funds Finama Private Equity since the inception of the firm. 

Marc-Antoine Voisard holds a Master of Corporate Finance from E.M. Lyon.

Previously, she was an analyst for Société Générale in the Financial Sponsor Coverage department based in London. Zélie Saint-Zéby was in charge of fund analyses and was involved in Private Equity deals origination. 

Zélie Saint-Zéby received a Master from ESCP-EAP, a Master from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris, and a Master in Corporate and Financial Law from the University of Paris (V).

Previously, Maria was a Risk Manager at Natixis Asset Management and Ixis Asset Management, where she started her career as a research manager for the Data Pricing and Management Services department. 

Maria holds a DESS in Bank & Finance from the Ecole Supérieure des affaires de Lille, as well as a master in International Economy and Currency from Toulouse University. In 2007, Maria won the PRM Focus Award of Distinction 2007.
